I saw that the other day. I believe it is complete... and right in Madison so you might be able to convince them to let you pick it up.

Yes it's complete. That's the basic dual sided logo. Even the more elaborate signs that are in that kind of molded plastic are all one solid piece.

I can't tell from the pic, but mine came with hanging hooks, and I'm not sure if this one has them or not -- might ask the seller. Either way, that's not a big deal since you can easily make your own (the sign isn't very heavy).

Is this like the sign I scored about a month back that has the hanging hooks that actually flip down into the middle of the sign when they're not being used?

what would be a good price for it?

if it stays low enough I may be able to snag it without getting hit

Signs are kind of hard to gauge, I used to see this one go for around 70-80, all the while seeing one or two go for ~30$ and some as high as ~175$...I think that last one I noticed that sold went for some abnormally high amount as well.

I sold one of these exact signs a while ago for around $30.00.

I saw two of these go in the past 3-4 months, they both went 50-60 iirc. Too lazy to dig up links today.

signs are very risky if you're looking to profit at all from it later on as you might actually take a loss - just make sure you're okay with that

yah, there haven't been too many good vintage signs showing up on the Bay recently, so the time is right for anyone looking to make a few $$ on theirs. I may list a few after seeing that.
