Please fill me in?  I just saw the thread.  I have purchased the cartridge that was pulled.  The seller was able to provide additional pictures.  Have I been scammed again?  Again I used paypal/credit card but what the hell?

How much did you send him? Is he responding to your emails or anything?

$800 + shipping.  She has been very responsive to e-mails.  I thought something might be up when she agreed to $800 but she was willing and able to provide additional photos and I guess I just love a gamble.

I would pay for overnight shipping with sign confirmation. Make sure it arrives FAST! To much of a gamble for my tastes, good luck though.

Alright, *now* I know which auction you're talking about... Good luck with it, bro. $800 + shipping does sound too good to be true, though... At any rate, I'm pulling for you .

Well the only picture in the auction is extremely small and looks like it was obtained somewhere on the internet. If the seller took the picture him/herself it would probably have larger dimensions and not a tiny minuscule picture. Plus when I saw the auction (about 1 hour after it was listed) I immediately sent the seller a message requesting more pics, and this is the response I got:

Sorry, I'm not taking any extra pictures. If you ever doubt an auction is for real.... then you need to definitely NOT bid on the auction. Good luck to you!

It's a risk for sure, one that may or may not pay off in the long run. I hope it works out for you, but to protect yourself, prepare for the worst.

If she is being co-operative and responsive then I'd say it's a risk worth taking. I hope for your sake you paid with a credit card, so just in case the deal goes bad, you can file a charge-back and get your money back.
