That's a cool looking system that's pretty rare as it was only issued in Hotel Rooms only in Japan as of course it says Super Famicom. For $270 it's worth it, but I'm afraid of what customs would do to it. XP
You can get these in Japan on sites like Yahoo auctions all the time for less than $50. Cool item, but if you get one make sure the special unique key comes with it.
As for the rom switching, I think it was designed so you could, but I've never seen other games for it. Mario Kart, Starfox, and All Stars were on the same board as well if I remember right.
Oh, but with that 4 dollars shipping, you can at least expect it to be at your front door before christmas time!
