I've been under the weather all week and I hadn't even logged on since I posted my score. I won't have any time today to play today, so I'll probably just wait for the Ice Hockey contest. It's definitely going to take some practice for me to make a run at my 61 goal score from the last time.

Really like this game, didnt have the time to practice this week but i feel this may be data east's best game.

This was a pretty significant update for me. I decided to play through the whole game until completion, then go back and try for points. This definitely helped me to "toughen up" and get used to a higher degree of difficulty. This was my third attempt after the full play through. Those extra lives definitely help!

Score updated again... I am seeing now that I should have tried all of this earlier in the week. My next (and last) run after the previous one increased my score by more than double again. I nearly beat the game this time during my run. That was awesome! I wish I had streamed that! O.o

Man, I could get to the final level without too much trouble then all of a sudden I couldn't jump the pond for the life of me, lol. Not until literally the last minutes of the contest. Got a much higher score, but missed the deadline by a few minutes. Oh well. Nice scores guys! First time I've played this one, took awhile to get used to at first but it started to grow on me.

I was hoping to hang on to 3rd because now me and Bert are tied for shooter genre with only alpha mission left

You would get the shooter icon even if bertsampson finishes ahead of you because he already won it. Anybody that wins a first half genre icon isn't eligible to win the same one twice.
