There's a list on Gamefaqs. I think that it's mostly accurate. Except I only ever got the blue book after collecting a number of power ups.

That is interesting I will have to try it. If it works that could help a lot.

Wow I didn't know there was an NES version of this list. Nice!

Back when I played this game for TG, I built my own list using the similar one from the arcade version as a roadmap.

The key is the bonus potion. It takes a long time to fall 50 times, but it can be done infinitely, even when chased by the invincible guy during "Hurry Up" mode. Getting the 100k bonus every few levels will dramatically increase your scores!

It's a bit boring though. Prepare to double the length of a run. Wish it was 15 falls like the arcade version!
