Makes me realize, I was closer to a full GBA set than I had thought. Thing is, most of the ones I need, I've never even seen for sale before. Currently at around 28 or so, if I recall. Argh, I was trying to get out of this... don't pull me back in!
Thanks it did take a few years to get a nice 100% minty set but I'm really happy with it. If you are at 28 go for the gold and finish it up. Sets a lot fun tracking down and makes for a bit of a challenge as well.

1 Fire Red is a labled NFR front and rear. The other is the TRU Mew distribution NFR that is loaded with Mews. The TRU one is a bit difficult to come by and took me a lot of hunting to get one.

Very nice! I like it! Not a HUGE DS fan myself, but it looks gorgeous. Good work!

Of course, completely forgot about that one. Are you considering collecting other older distributions or have any? It's just something I'm interested in

Which distributions are you reffering to?

You know the really old ones that were hooked up to a SNES controller. I've seen a couple Pokemon Blue Mew Distrubutions inside Gameboys, I know that's been discussed. But their is also Mew and Celebi distrubutions in this format

Also a really weird one from New York Pokemon Center

http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net...

I have no idea how it all works, whether it's just a SGB with a special cartridge or what not, but can't find very much information on it all.

Then of course there is this from Gen IV, which is very interesting: http://cdn.bulbagarden.net/upload...

Glad to have completed one of my 2014 goals. Still time left for me to meet a few of my other collecting goals.

It's a made for the DS, so just as the DS 8MB Memory cart, and the DS rumble pack aren't GBA titles, this wouldn't be.

Also, I wouldn't consider it part of the main DS NFR set as I consider it similar to the Pokemon distribution carts, which generally aren't really considered part of a set. (As far as I know.)

BTW - A very belated congrats on completing that set! I've been trying and still have 5 to go.

Appreciate the reply. Think the GBA cart even though it was made for the DS and used to utilize features with the DS it is still a GBA cart. I can see both sides of this one. Now on to the NFR part these are 100% NFR as well as the Pokémon Distribution carts. None of these items were ever up for sale from Nintendo or any store that carries Nintendo products. Just like the first part of this it’s more so up to you collector what they feel is a complete set. For me it was fun to hunt down the rare and hard to come by NFRS. Feels like more of an achievement at the end. With complete NFR sets the hunt is over and now I’m on to CIB Nintendo handhelds.
