I have a printer but rarely does it have enough ink. I don't use it often enough these days to justify it.
I've genuinely never seen the option. I don't even see how it's possible with PayPalkmowing details about the transaction they can't possibly know or trust without the seller's prior involvement. Is your PayPal account set up differently than most or something? It actually sounds like an interesting feature.

Hmm, I'm pretty sure I don't have a "setting" for paypal labels. But you do bring up a good point about the whole "Paypal not knowing how much the shipping actually costs" detail. That's one reason why I'd rather not have my buyers using paypal shipping labels if they can help it. The other reason being, again, it's essentially wasted $$$.

And thank you for the best wishes! The pace is going pretty well, I think. It could be a little faster I suppose but there's still plenty of time.

EDIT: Wow this was a productive bump. 0_o

First post is looking like a wasteland now. lol

Buyers can buy Paypal labels? I thought it was a seller thing.

But I didn't come here to say that. I came here to call dibs on Mario Golf + Tennis.

Wise choice calling dibs after what happened with the Game Boy lot I was selling yesterday.

Feel free to PM me with your shipping address, and I'll respond with my paypal.

EDIT: It's so great to see so many people happy from my deals/offers.

Are you sure the "paypal shipping label" deduction you're seeing isn't just their regular fees being taken out? If somebody sends you $10, you don't receive $10 (unless they send it Friends and Family/gift, which you aren't allowed to require here per our FAQ).

The option to print a shipping label will only take shipping money out of your account if you physically click all the way through and buy one by putting in the weight, service type, etc.

I'm not 100% sure to be honest. What I do is, when I see that the other party has confirmed snding their money, I go straight to my account overview and I see that the "cost" for the shipping label is already deducted from the amount sent. At first I thought it was the other party's doing, but nowadays I'm starting to think otherwise.

And I'm sorry about the gift thing, I wasn't fully aware (Though I had a slight suspicion), so I removed that from the thread title.

This topic is temporarily closed either way, as I definitely have to recover from that huge surge of purchases. Thanks again, everyone! I'll be sure to return sometime in November with more stuff to sell at reasonable prices! <3

Thanks, because this means I can ship both games in one mailer.

How the system works, is that once I'm ready to start actually shipping items again, I will send PMs to those who called dibs. I know it's kind of a silly term but it seems more appropriate than pre-order in this instance, at least. XD

I am 100% sure that what you're seeing as the "cost for the shipping label" is the 2.9% plus 30 cent fee per transaction coming out.

So I guess buyers should send an extra dollar or two to counteract that charge?

You have to take it into account when pricing items, sellers pay paypal fees not the buyers.

Sellers are charged the fee. It is the cost of having Paypal as the middle man. You should really look into all this before doing business. It is always important to know where your money is going no matyer how small or large the transaction is.

If you sell on eBay they take their cut and can charge you for listing fees.

These are all things to take unto consideration when selling/buying. If you buy/sell on here, you should be getting a better deal that benefits both parties as there are less fees. SHOULD, very important as it may not always be the case.

Ah, yes, I suppose that is correct, actually. @_@

I guess I'll re-adjust my prices then to accomodate for the fees AND the shipping costs... I just don't wanna go too far, is all.

For what it's worth though, I'd still take this over ebay selling.
