Yea, to many ringers will come out to play this one, I mean I am clueless with the "drop" talk. Not practical for me to try and get good in a week. I've never made it through the first loop.

I added a rule in that direction, mainly cause we never did it before IIRC. Cause we could allow manipulation of the drop pattern, but I thought that it was annoying to do and if we allow it most will have to do it to maximize their score and lose some time in the process.

We'll go with fresh drop pattern for every run ladies and gentlemen!

I think arch is taking a break,scary pops in from time to time,wiz has competed before when The Punisher was played but hasn't played since,and NN seemed to have no interest in participating when I asked him 2-3 years ago.

Nice, I am just a go to beer guy...I walk in the beer store and it is like a beer-relationship.

They don't even need to ask me anymore...when I walk in the doors someone is in the back getting it before I even speak a word, they know...... they know......

Looks like that was not allowed last time.  Perhaps he forgot to address it.

Actually it looks like he only remembered it last time after you asked so I guess this is a Bimmy Bea tradition

So... Makaimura is okay to use instead of Ghosts n' Goblins?
Excellent. With it having more enemy spawn in some stages, and thus being more "difficult", it will be easier to achieve a higher score!

2 days should be plenty to achieve a very high score.
Took me 4 hours to go from 195K to 476K points, so you should be good. Game is rather easy at the first run.

Edit:
Random musings. I don't remember correctly, but I think Makaimura only gives you an extra life at 50K points and no more, unlike GnG that gives you one at 50K and another one every 100K points more from the last extra life.
I will have to give it a spin tonight to see if that compensates for the larger enemy spawn on some of the levels or not.
Should be plenty of fun regardless.

And yes, it is more difficult with more enemies in some stages (makes stage 2 fun!), seems to give out less extra lives from points and has no continue option.

Updated score.....673,100

I was creeping up on the top scores but by the time everything came together and I managed to get this score it was pretty much game over for me.

This game is well deserving of its difficulty but remains one of the most satisfying games on the system once you pull something off really awesome.

I don't really think you can man as far as I know. Sometimes you just get lucky with an extra 10,000 king drop thing here and there.
