I got a response from him today. He told me that he would sell me Cheetahmen 2 for $150. I then sent him a email about the pics for it & BB2 and I am still waiting a response. A google search shows that this guy is Combodian and could be a missionary? He could be selling others games for his charity...

Hahaha... agreed, if by "missionary" you mean rip-off artist.

My mantra, as worded by SamSpade on 06/12/12:
I don't resell to fund my collection, I don't treat this hobby like a second job, I don't care if my collection is worth ten bucks or ten thousand because I never plan on selling it. Seriously, what does the value have to do with anything if you never plan on selling? Speculation doesn't mean jack shit to me at this point, I just want to play my nes games...

He does not have pics of the game and 'does no think' that I need a tracking #. Now I asked him if he even had the game. This is a scam for sure

He wrote 'Look I sent it out. K WHY are people stirring up trouble for me? I have over 500 I just dealt with a huge problem with somebody that thought I was a scam. If you want your money back I will have to cancel the shipment first? Let me know cause there seems to be alot of doubters on ebay. I cant figure it out look at my feedback. I sell video games. Sorry to sound complainy but I have been going thru alot today. Just let me know what you want to do and we can go from there ok. Thanks and I did send it today. But I can cancel if youd like?'

Nes4ever, see my post of the other thread about this seller.  He originally told me my goods were sent last week and that the tracking # was coming.  Today he claimed he was on the way to the post office when I filed a dispute with Paypal.  He has now told me to go fuck myself and get my money back from paypal as he is not sending it.  I would file a dispute with paypal if I were you as I do not think you are getting anything.

This listing is 100% a scam. Here's what I wrote him:
"Hi, just wondering if the buyer of this Bubble Bobble 2 game really ended up paying. I know what it's like to be a seller and I hate it when buyers don't actually pay. Anyway, if this guy turns out to be a non-paying bidder, let me know, and I'll buy this item from you. I can send PayPal right away. Thanks. -Nick"

To which he responded (response recieved today 9/25 11:05 AM eastern time):

"I sent him an invoice but no respond however with the game I told him in a message he has a few days to pay if not as far as im concerned at that point its as good as your. Ill keep you informed. Thanks for the email."

Ouch Nice Detective work Nick. So this person is smart, they are making it look like they are giving Cecil time to pay and then I can't wait you'll get an email in a couple days saying ok he didn't pay and then he would get another person to pay on the same listing. I'll bet they think they hit the lotto on that listing. LOL

Nick, are you going to offer to pay by Money Order so you can get his street address.

Edit - never mind.  I see you already mentioned paypal. I think you can get mailing info anyways

He just sent me my money back via paypal.  It is still pending but it looks like I am going to get it.  He is blaming Pedro for screwing everything up.  Thanks Pedro et all, looks like you stoped him before he could get anyone else.
