This is where it all started.  When I was a kid we had a tecmo league and kept stats on toudowns sacks and interceptions in notepads and would play the game with dish towels over our hands so you couldn't steal the play call. I remember i got stuck using the colts, terrible team

I, like you gutsman004 also played this game a lot as a kid.  Probably  not enough to get 98 to 0, but enough that it comes back quickly   I have Tecmo Super Bowl, but have not played that one yet. I need to break that out sometime and see how it compares. For now, I'll keep the 49'ers winning and racking up some points!

Howie Long. I used to use Matt Millen since he played for SF for a few years,but he's too slow.

I'm currently up 49-0 using Min against Sea at the half. This could be something I hope...

Good luck man! I know got my last TD when I hit Jerry Rice on a 55-60 yard bomb as time expired. Very satisfying.

I had an "epic" second half.  I gave up a touchdown on the opening kickoff and it went downhill from there.  I wasn't even able to improve on my score from my previous post.  It's just a game, but dammit, that was frustrating!

Well guts I'm a Dolphins fan soooooo.... Ya. Marino's only super bowl Course I was only two years old but I've seen it on YouTube

But those 80s and mid 90 niner teams were good.

To be fair,I liked Dan Marino and wished he had won a super bowl. He just never had a good enough defense and running game. On a side note,I love the outdated rosters. Danny White on thr Cowboys. Walter Payton on the Bears. Those guys were retired when this game came out. I know Payton was.
