That stat line is sick. Bravo! I find it hard to believe that anyone else is going to touch your score.
We'll see. There are some amazing players in these contests, including you. I couldn't touch your Yoshi's Cookie score.
It's true there is a chance that someone could swoop in with a better score because there are truly great players here. Just based on my experience I don't think there is enough physical time left for me to put up that kind of score or anything close.
I can't remember where I read this so I'm not sure it is even true, but I read the WR is +36, so +30 really isn't that far off. So, no, I still don't see anyone doing better.
Even if someone posts a better score I'm cool with it. I admire great scores. The score that I posted was literally my last one of the night/morning. I had a game where I was up 27-6 and had a great run going but my team hit into few easy outs. Was bummed but I thought just one more. Was up 14-5 going into the 3rd inning when I started unloading on a fading John Tudor. Got to 29-5 when I hit into my 2nd out. Was hoping to at least get one more run with aspirations of getting a 30 run lead,so I was sweating out it a bit.
I know a few people have said Detroit is error prone, but St Louis is bad too. 5 errors this game and in my 27-6 run they had 6 in 4 innings. Another knock against St Louis is other than Jack Clark, they have no power so you rarely have to worry about giving up the long ball as most batters have single digit home run totals. The main thing they have going for them is speed on the base paths.
