Do the really rare carts have to be in the Complete Nes Cart Only Award, like SE and Dinosaur Peak?

Yes

I was a participant of NWC 1990 but really dont have any way to prove it. I cant find any sort of lists and I was only 15 and with someone else and his parents didnt bother taking any sort of pics.

Maybe add a:

Complete in box Aladdin Deck Enhancer Set (with the system cart) award?

All though these are still kind of easy to obtain, it is a stand alone set with a processor cart.
