Driving from Detroit to Indy on Friday, need a tube TV to pick up in between to old school game with my buddy. Anyone live between or in those cities? I know it's a long shot. Negotiate price in PM

Places like Craig's List and Offer Up are your best places. Or if any thrift stores like Goodwill or Salvation Army still sell them near you, try them.

Goodwill and habitat don’t take crt’s Anymore. I’m not sure about Salvation Army. It might be regional as well but I know that’s how it is here in Florida.

Facebook marketplace there giving them away. Even if they have a price just tell them you'll do 5 bucks.

I can confirm this.  I've picked up several in the last couple of years and always see at least a few (sometimes up to a dozen) on display and running at my local outlets.  I think ~$25 is the most I've ever seen on one, and that was for the Lightning McQueen themed one I picked up my son a few years ago.  They're typically in the $10-15 range around my area, including (enormous, heavy) Trinitrons.

Need Stadium Events + Panesian titles, 6-in-1's, Menace Beach, Moon Ranger & Secret Scout to complete my licensed/unlicensed sets.

If you've got any of the above for sale, hit me up!

I have an extra 24 inch Sony Trinitron, but I'm near Chicago, so not on your path.

The Goodwill Outlet in plainfield still had CRT's a few weeks ago. Salvation Army and Lighthouse Mission thrifts would be another good shot. I live in Terre Haute, so I am about 80 miles south of your path but the locals do carry them. Several on Craigslist ad too, that are local to your route.
