Hey all,

Just wanted to open the new Beta site up to everyone for their feedback, both good and bad. The new site should be a lot more mobile-friendly, and it's now responsive (bootstrap). I won't be back in this topic for a few days, but feel free to post anything you find. Some of the public views of the collection tool are still in progress, but otherwise, most of it should be functional.

Also, the site may be pulled offline at any time, so please keep that in mind.

Known issues:
- Signatures are missing (in progress, trying to re-enable HTML, but with better security)
- Public view of collections and pages.
- Sunglasses on people that haven't change their names.

Oh, this thread was already made... Oops. But anyways,iIt looks AMAZING! My only gripe is that IMO everything is just a little too spaced out

It looks cool but I can't open any threads from the board directories, only in the Latests Topics/Posts area

I'm on Firefox 34.0 / Ubuntu

I can only open threads that have more than 25+ responses and only by clicking on the 2,3,last buttons instead of the title itself. Nice layout, going to take some getting used to though. Thank you for this Dain!

I can open all the threads in IE. Looks great botha!

No signature area? Looking great though.

I have this same problem, running on Chrome.  I can only open by clicking on the icon to the left of the title, rather than the title itself.  Other than that, it looks awesome!
 

Yeah I've noticed that too. I'm sure it's all still a WIP

Other than that, I'm lovin' it! Using the drop-menus really do clean up the place a bit and makes it more organized.

I may have found a bug (kinda). It's no biggie for those who own HD wide- resolution monitors, but for anyone using something like 1024 x 768 (Which is what I'm using as a 2nd display), and anyone with a long name (like mine) would find that the name and feedback pushes out the box it's contained in and into the comments. lol

Oops, the link issue should be fixed for clicking on a thread. Most other issues will be addressed after the holidays.

Looks great! My first impressions are all positive- I feel like it will be easier to navigate with those top menus once I get used to them.

I've just been poking around on it a little bit, but I like it a lot! Its very functional and easy to use!

So what does the future hold for this current site and domain?

Holds up very well on my mobile device. Definately much more user friendly for taking on the road!

So far so good. I'm on Linux Mint 17.1 x64 with the latest version of Chromium.

The user dashboard is much simpler.

The search field for the forum is more visible, maybe newer members will use it now instead of re-posting the same threads over and over!

The style is great.

I'll post here if I find any bugs.

When I tried it on Chrome yesterday I had the same problem.

Couldn't open any threads, sounds like it's already addressed, though.

Will psc and segaage be brought over?

It's really nice, but I prefer sticking with the old design. I guess I'm used to it and it's hard to change
