Those are brand new re-issues. You can still get them cheap. I got mine from these guys for dirt cheap.

I stopped buying Vinyl when CD's came out back in the 80's but I still have them. I have a bunch of picture discs also. Pretty sure one of them is an Iron Maiden 45 that isn't round. Another one I have is a Scorpions Virgin Killer German version (Kiddie Porn cover). Banned in the USA. Try and find the pic yourselves. I'd probably get busted for posting it.

What a coincidence, I discovered The ventures not too long ago. Do you, by any chance, have the music sheets that goes with the Play Guitar with the Ventures record?

Yeah they got a totally cool vibe, all fenderish straight from the late 50's and 60's. I also watched a few vintage video of them (there's a bunch on youtube) and I was impressed by how they were playing with confidence on stage. They pull full of variations of their songs like its nothing.

I don't have too many picture discs but I do have some really rare Blues albums. Little Walter extremely limited run, Buddy Guy, etc.

The Venture Walk Don't Run is classic

I have that same AFI album, 0xero0

I also have a few Metallica ones (I think load and puppets), and I have "the fall of ideals" by all that remains (still sealed, but Opening it up Friday night when it gets autographed). Aside from these few, I don't have any others, nor a means to play them.

I haven't bought a vinyl for quite a while now but I do enjoy listening to the ones I have. Nothing too outstanding.

The two Megadeth albums are newer reprints but they're some of my favorites as they sound incredible. The other four are newer albums.

Motley Crüe and Dead Kennedys are newer reprints. The Between the Buried and Me album is the newest in my collection. Was released just last year.

Beethoven.

Some random ones. The Glenn Miller vinyl is one of my absolute favorites. Has the best recordings of some of the greatest Big Band songs ever

Yeah Fall of Ideals is my favorite album by ATR. Are you referring to Master of Puppets as your favorite Metal Album?

Yeah I've seen that album cover before online. I didn't know a picture disc version of it existed though. Pretty cool.

Sold off my entire collection before my most recent move... but my best friend wouldn't have that. I got a surprise package in the mail, and this was one of two records (the other was a Carter Family album). I don't even have a turntable at the moment.... totally counts, right? I miss my Darkthrone picture discs, and my collections of Bowie, Zappa/Mothers of Invention, and Van Morrison...

Not a vinyl collector, but I thought this would go great here. If you read the entire article, they are going to transfer these to vinyl for purchase.

Their first couple of The Kovenant albums(back when they were still called Covenant, and not to be confused with EBM band of the same name) were black metal, but , Animatronic (this one) and S.E.T.I.(the one after) are straight up industrial. I love them both. Industrial/metal has been my favorite type of music since the 90s. I guess a lot of black metal fans probably wouldn't like this too much though. Check it out, let me know what you think.
