As it has been said, this all relies on trust. Nothing personal to Vectrex280996, but the only reason I think it should be discredited is because there was a situation were I messed up. I broke my old high score and as I was getting ready to take the picture, I realized that I never paused the game, a barrel killed me, and I was missing 2 lives instead of one.

Sure it sucks, but I decided that regardless of how trustworthy someone might be, it's our own responsibility to make sure we do everything right. The rules clearly state one life so even though I knew I died only once, the picture would show two missing lives. I had to play again until I got my current score.

I wouldn't have a problem with this if the games were actually scheduled. I can get the carts without too much trouble, but finding out its the week for the one you don't have, having to buy it immediately, get it shipped to yourself, and then try to compete is a bit much. Even saying "Next week is x" would give enough notice to be a non issue.

I know my score has caused lots of problems, but I want you to stop arguing. Sure, I messed up, but I don't want to ruin that contest because I did. I have a video where I show how to reproduce the "Ikari warriors" trick, and now, just leave it to bimmy.

Please refrain from making further posts about this until bimmy can comment. The contest is not ruined; you needn't worry about that. But we do have rules for a reason. Just follow the rules when you submit your scores, and there won't be any problems.

Might as well post my score too.

Got a decent run in Monday night, scoring 1.6 million, allthough, not my best on one man, it's my only good attempt this week.

Tuesday and Wednesday had a good run on both days rolling the score, but had a stupid death on each shortly after rolling the score, like jumping to grab a hammer and missing, or falling off platform.  LOL      Felt like crap, on Thursday and Friday, so didn't have any good attempts, so I tried to rest, to perhaps get something done Saturday morning....but didn't happen 

It was fun watching everyone make improvements, and see one of my favorite games getting some love!

This weekend, I am watching my Brother-in-laws kids, so no chance on putting any runs in.  

I know Tom is going to smash this, so good luck Tom!      Kill screen on one man perhaps?    

I wish I had more time this week, but I think I'm finally motivated to attempt another Kill Screen run, probably sometime in the next few weeks.  Maybe I'll figure out how to streem it

Final score, I died on the Barrel board, I climbed the first three ladders without jumping any barrels for points.

I didn't want to pause, in case, I had a chance to go for a kill screen/new TG high score.   Ended up having another stupid death shortly after, and stopping  to watch Castle with the wife anway....   

If anyone wants to question it, I have it all recorded, and the video is timestamped Monday night.

Decent game ruined by unforgiving fireballs.  Three of them pushed me into the lower corner and that was all she wrote.

I played for a while this week and this was my best score so far. I keep blowing it in the 4th loop. 

This may very well be my last submission, as I'm not sure if I'll have time tomorrow. But, I'm happy that I've made steady progress throughout the week.

This game ended stupidly, with unforgiving peeps (that's what I call the fireballs ), just like in Tom's game. Also, I made a really hasty and deadly decision. Ah well, there were too many close calls to survive for much longer.

I got so excited when I broke 50k after the 3rd loop springs that I thought I could jump one of those fireballs.
