Eh, its all honesty based anyway. Whats to stop a guy playing the actual cart from having a second NES just out of the picture with a game genie and the one in the pic is really a stunt double? Seriously if someone cheats for a Tecmo Bowl cart thats pathetic.

This i know, but i still felt like a bit of an ass after i submitted that first pacman pic and Jeremy was reluctant to take it b/c i did'nt have a piece of paper with my name on it in the pic like nes_king...
What happens if we get a pool going and have a decently rare game up for grabs, then i guess the guy who save-states the most is the winner...

I would think if the prize was a truely rare game, using an emulator would be out of the question. Just my opinion of course!

Well, my scores aren't as high as absolutsyd, but still I did pretty decent for my first time back since I last challenged myself to this game back in June last year. But with the current high score from Andrew, I can tell I'm going to have to get really good at this, my current goal is to get over 1.000.000 points, though even that may not be enough, but its something realistic to shoot for.

First game, just warming up - score 314.790, Round 26 (accidentally grabbed a parasol and warped ahead some levels, hmm forgot about these, I hate warping):


Second game, much better, beat my old high score, but fell short one for highest round - score 768.790, Round 37 (no warps used this time, therefore a much better feeling of accomplishment):

Ya, I am thinking getting the umbrella hurts you in this game, if you are going for score. Need to milk every level for all it is worth. Now, if you can get an umbrella to skip 57...

I didn't beat your score, but I done much better on my third game. Getting there - score 939.140 round 42. I was getting all kinds of power-ups this game that I don't even remember seeing before, sparks, explosions, giant lightning bolts, oh my.
