Today's downtime took a bit longer than I'd hoped. We did full backups and database maintenance and I failed to fully take the site down early on and not-so-quickly realized people were still using the site by jumping directly to threads (which was causing the maintenance to stall).
Site should be a bit zippier today now that I rebuilt all indexes as well.
