Just for the heck of it (and because I didn't get a chance to play this week), here is my score from the first time we played Rampage back in March 2011.

I made it all the way to Day 62, which I believe could be Ottawa, before I finally died.  I was doing pretty good, and if it wasn't for a photographer, I probably would've made it a bit further.  My basic strategy was to farm the helicopters as much as possible while destroying buildings and eat food and people to stay alive.  Too keep myself from getting shot by soldiers in the buildings, I would destroy all the open windows first to prevent myself from being shot while I farmed for points.  What kept me going for a while was eating the food in the bonus stages, which automatically refills your life bar.  Unfortunately, these stages only come every 7 days, so if you can stretch out your life bar for 7 days, you can get pretty far with one life.

Yeah man, that's exactly the way to do it.  I typically was destroying larger buildings with no windows close to the ground.  The ones with close windows you can just punch up and eat the people out of them to keep your health bar stable.
