i cant believe this. i actually decided to give it a try. i have played 3 games now and the best i have done is 55k...

I just discovered something about Marble Madness today...I am really bad at this game.

I've never managed to figure out what to do in the level after Topsy-Turvy...so I'm not going to be able to beat the game.

I hung up the gloves after a 3rd person posted 100k+

arch, you have to ride off of the end of the little ramp into the whole in front of it.

Burge...one of these days I'll pull it off, I guess. It doesn't help that the level with the pistons eats up too much time about 80% of the times I've played the game.

Back in the game! Topped my previous high score. Glad I managed it, because I told myself, that once I played 11 more games, reaching 100 total beaten, and I wasn't able to do better, that I'd quit trying, but since I made improvement, now I have a higher personal score to beat. Can't quit now. Oh, also cut down my deaths to only 2, so improvement there too.

I finally beat Marble Madness with a score of 81,200. My goal was only to beat this game you guys are way too good for me to contend with on this game. But maybe i'll keep trying

Nice 'ducky. Congrats. First time finishing it is the hardest. Give the game some more tries, you may see yourself getting even better at it. Give yourself a goal, aim for 100k.

Getting closer, but I think I'm going to have a hard time from this point on, that's a big score to beat, will not only require perfection, but also luck at the right time. If not, well I tried. Okay, 20 more times beaten, trying to top my top high score, nope, several times if only I hadn't messed up so much of if only they'd given me a wand, I would've, oh well, I knew it when I got it that I'd have a very difficult time getting up there again, hard to play a perfect game and also be very lucky, probably once in several hundredth of plays would I ever get that high a score again. Gotta take a rest, but not done with this game yet, may push to beating it to the 200 mark before I quit completely, should be just on time for the end of the contest, we'll see.

Found a couple ways to cut down on my time even more, requires me to be super fast in a couple spots, such as one being at the waves in level 3, actually managed a couple times to get by before the first wave appeared, but still most times I end up falling off, but am certainly trying every time to do it this way now, saves a second or two, every amount counts. Other spots, just a matter of staying ahead of the screen risking not being able to see ahead of me too well, but managed to shave a couple seconds several times this way. Also trying to get around corners without stopping, sometimes I was successful, but mostly I end up falling over the edge. But in order to get better, got push my weaknesses, try to change them into strengths. Got just a few days left to try to topple that 177+k score, but unfortunately, no matter how good I do, realistically I don't think I'll be able to, that's just insane, maybe the one with that score got lucky on the last stage and got a wand, I never have ever, but hoping that I will at some point when I could use it most.

Ok, I think this is it for me, I'm to the point Kev is, I'm starting to have a hard time controlling just how mad this game has gotten me.  I'd say I'm about 99% sure this is the last mark I'm going to come up with for you guys to trample.  It's my best by a lot, but I swear I'm so pissed off about it... maybe because it's so close, maybe because I finally got a no-death run and didn't have any stupid mistakes, hell, I don't know.  At this point I was angrily slamming reset every time I died.  My high roller name is a tribute to Rob and Ross, since they call me Randal.
