It's clearly an ex-AVE version released by Milmar.

I have heard pretty bad things about that auction site saying that a ton of people will scam you. Someone should contact jbholio and let him know so he can pick that game up if he wants it.

It's the 1st time I've seen that variant for Double Strike. I know Krazy Kreatures and Puzzle can also come in a AVE case with the label cut. Milmar added their name in white on the back of the cart. I no longer have a contact in Brazil, so I can't buy it. Only few people in Brazil accept Paypal.
