Retroplayer.nl Championship 2015 is a special created competition cartridge. It plays for 6.21 minutes, just like the original NWC 1990. The cartridge was funded by a Kickstarter project.

There were two Beta versions of the cartridges made of the Retroplayer.nl Championship 2015 for crew members. They were never sold and were in the hands of crew members only.
The first version (the version with the #1 on the label) has some differents with the end version:
- The title screen shows "Retroplayer.nl Championship 2014"
- There is no counter for the Flowers collected at Chip 'n Dale.
- There is no Excitebike startscreen
- There is no Tetris startscreen
- There is no score screen (it plays Tetris until you die)

The second version (the version with the #2 on the label) has no differents with the end version. (6 of these version have been made)
Why are some of these being auctioned of?
We are preparing the Retroplayer.nl Championship 2016 and we can use the money.
For that reason the Nintendoage World Championship 2008 # 27 of 50 (NANW 2008) will also be auctioned here.
I asked Dain in the past if I could run an auction and his answer was:

The winner of the Retroplayer.nl Championship 2015 is Robin Mihara. Thor Aackerlund also competed.

Bidding for a copy starts of the Beta versions starts at $29,-.
Bidding for the Nintendoage World Championship 2008 # 27 starts at $79,-. Bids must be increased by $1 for the beta versions and $5 for the NANWC,-
Please mention if your bid is for Beta#1, Beta #2 or the Nintendoage World Championship 2008 # 27.
Top 4 winners of each version will receive a copy. And the highest bidder for the NAWC 2008 will receive it.
"The cost of shipping is NOT included in your bid. You must add $17,50 to your bid when you are sending payment, to pay for shipping.
