Are these legitimate grades? Or just some guy going around grading items for profit, I have only heard and trusted VGA. I am looking at an item that is graded 100 in box, it honestly doesnt look like there is a flaw on it HOWEVER again I would just like to not pay the premium and get ripped off for something that may grade a 90 at VGA etc. Any thoughts?

Wait so he RESEALS the games/items? I thought he was just casing them. I was about to bid LOL. I have never seen one of the items he is selling until now in this condition but if he resealed the plastic that makes sense.

This is why any graded game is useless. Grading games is such a stupid practice that only serves to make people think their shit is worth more. It's the people who care about graded games and giving them validation by trying to get absurd prices on them that lead to people trying to game the system.

Granted if grading wasn't a thing he'd just be selling the reseals as sealed games, not saying he isn't a scumbag, but when the average person sees a game they had as a kid on eBay for several hundreds of dollars they think their shit is worth something too.

Counterfeit grading is your argument for why grading as a whole is pointless? So fake manuals and boxes debunk complete collectors, counterfeit carts make cartridge collection pointless, and reproductions make roms pointless too. so basically everything is stupid... Excellent point I never thought of it that way.
