Yup, that was my one attempt. I really didn't get into the groove until the 3rd period where I scored 20 of those 30 points. Time is a hot commodity these days, so one attempt per game is all I'm allowing myself. Of course I made the rule, so...
Man, I thought you were going to drop 80+ this time! I'm in the same boat as far as time goes, so I feel you there. I only got take one shot at it Friday night and I ended up with a 54 which still isn't bad since I don't think I've played since the 2015 contest.
I'm not in my ideal situation here. No excuses, but I'm playing on a 19" LCD on the AVS from about 8 feet. The TV is on top of a 6 foot bookcase. My gameroom is full of crap that I need to go through in preparation to sell our house and build a new one.
Last couple years I played mostly on my Sharp Nintendo TV in solitude in my gameroom from about 2 feet away. Much more ideal for binge playing and all out asskickery.
Again, no excuses, but I'm not playing to top the scoreboard again. Maybe in a couple years.
