What you get-One numbered GREEN cart. Number appears on the title screen too.
-One numbered manual (on the front)
-One numbered plastic case (on the spine)
-Possibly, in the future, a figurine will be sent out. This was an idea we toyed with, but obviously not essential.

$65.00 + S&H. I'm most likely just going to keep it simple and go with standard shipping so this way I don't have to put people in the front of lines, etc.
All international shipping is sent last (unless someone takes a while to pay), Canada being the first of the line. This is how I've always done it. Sorry if it sounds jerkish.
