Thinking of starting up a Gamecube collection, something I've never really collected before.  I currently only have 2 GC games, Army Men RTS and Fire Emblem, so I am pretty much starting from scratch. To start with, I'd like to knock out big 20-30 game chunks at once until I get a good base, and then i'll begin seeking out specific smaller lots to pick up.  I'd only be looking for "complete" games in great condition... no gamestop or rental stickers, labels, marking, etc, and complete (preferably with any extra inserts, warranty or registration cards).  With little knowledge of the GC, what would I expect to pay for "commons" with these type conditions (complete, no stickers, etc).  $3, $4, $5 per?  Anyone on here got any large lots of GC items that they'd be willing to sell?  Not ready to jump just yet, with the PS4 and XBONE hitting soon, but for some reason I just cant shake the idea of starting up on the GC.

Gamecube is really easy to collect. It's not too old yet, and theres lots of games that are pretty easy to find that sell for good cash. I suggest buying lots locally, i've got close to 100 GC games and most i've gotten for free or cheap because i've plucked out the games I wanted, and flipped the doubles. Anything Mario is $20+ and almost everyone has Mario games. If you can get a $50 bundle with Smash Bros in it, almost made your money back on the one game.

I wouldn't buy commons in bulk. Take them out of lots you buy so you get them free. There's no real rush in collecting shitty common games, they'll always be worth a couple bucks, while the better games will only go up, so spend money on those.
