Thought I make a post about this.
This is the original Famicom version of Love Quest (which was released on the Super Famicom in 1995) by C-Lab / Tokumashoten Intermedia.
Not sure if it was dumped by privately or not (most likely a private dump), since the sound driver code is avaliable, however it was extracted so idiotically, that I had to redump it my way via bankswitching set.
I think it is owned by Famicomcafe, so I doubt we will ever see a dump. :/

Good music and graphics. Shame it isn't out there to play.

According to a FAQ and I quote:
"
An RPG where a young man with Oedipus complex searches for his bride who
disappeared during their wedding. It becomes a setup where you do not fight
with the girls on the other hand in battle but you defeat them by winning
their hearts. The manga artist Hikaru Yuzuki was in charge of the character
design. "
I tried to play the SuFami version once or twice, but I never really got far enough in, due that it was never translated (and I doubt it will be ever translated).
What's strange, that *I have no idea where it came from* but a data dump exist for the original Famicom release.

This was redumped from the NSF that was named as LXXX XXXXT, and it was mistaken for a Super Mario Bros hack for quite a long time.
