Not sure where to post it/who contact. Anyway, the problem is that I actually received 19 feedback and I only still have 17 next to my name account. Would like if I missed something or it's really a website problem. Thx

I believe it only counts as new feedback if the transaction was with somebody new you hadn't dealt with before.

The 17 number reflects unique users. If you have 10 transactions with one person, and they leave feedback 10 times, it only shows up as 1 additional feedback next to your name.

You only get one feedback next to your name for every unique account you deal with. Two transactions to the same person nets you an addition of one next to your name.
