I hope to start on some SFC games tonight. I have put down The End Is Nigh because it's kicking my ass at this point.

Ha, I pulled that one out at the same time as the pinball games and I was going to give it a try pretty soon.  I didn't realize it was so short.  I've had it sitting around for a while thinking it was a longer game that required more of a time commitment.

I just made it to the end boss and died on my first attempt. They actually tell you how long you played and it was 51 minutes. I know the game decently well so it might be another 10 minutes for someone else.

 

Gundam Wing and Godzilla: Kaijuu Daikessen are done.
I never understood why those two didn't get a western release. They are really good fighting games.

I beat Tom & Jerry a few minutes ago. Not really that great of a game unfortunately.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and Sailor Moon R done.

Mortal Kombat done.  I'm done for the night, though.  I'm about to watch a movie.  I'll get a few more in this weekend.  Taking it easy to start with.  Get my numbers up, hit the 50, then work on the harder stuff after.

The Twisted Tales of Spike McFang done.

Final boss smoked me at level 15.  I smoked him at level 16.  That is some Terranigma-esque silliness

Looking to get back into the SNES action this year.

I am working on the DKC trilogy and EarthBound so don't nobody take that away from me!  

Also just finished Aladdin

The Fireman is done. 

Baseball will kill me out of boredom, but I will beat Super Bases Loaded this year...
Anyway, Killer Instinct and Paperboy 2 are done, even though my Paperboy 2 final score was a low 380K one.
Plays much better on the SNES still!

Donkey Kong Country 3 is done. Onto 1 & 2...

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters is done.

Magical Quest starring Mickey Mouse, The is done.
I am quite happy I got to beat this awesome platformer this year.  

Donkey Kong Country 2 is done.

Mortal Kombat II and Mortal Kombat 3 are done.

After a dozen attempts, two game overs from killing my own Abrams tanks and Bradleys, and rote memorization and trial-and-error, Air Cavalry is completed via the Middle East

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Fighting Edition and Shaq-Fu are done.

You're gonna have that 50 in no time

I hope so.  I'll eventually run out of 30 minute to one hour games, though.   

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie is done.  First time ever beating it.  From my expert Power Rangers opinion, this has got to be one of the hardest Power Ranger games out there.  I'd say the first game on SNES is superior to this one and that the Genesis 'Movie' game is far superior to this one (completely different game but at least a little bit relevant to the movie).

I know you said it's okay, but I may as well give a heads up.  There is a game called Gekisou Sentai Carranger: Zenkai! Racer Senshi (Power Rangers Turbo, essentially) that never made it out of Japan.  I've seen a Let's Play of it but never played it myself.  I intend to take that one down at some point this year (probably this month).  It's an action platformer so there isn't a lot of text heavy stuff and should be able to be beaten by someone who doesn't read Japanese.  If you want to count that one in the list, cool.  If not, it's a game I've wanted to play for years and I finally want to get on it.  May as well get a few points for it if possible.   

Edit:  Guess I'll throw this one out there, too.  SD Ultra Battle: Ultraman Densetsu, it's a chibi Ultraman fighting game with graphics similar to Ultraman Club from Famicom.  Another one I'd like to take a swing at because of my love for Ultraman.
 

Donkey Kong Country is done.  Now working on EarthBound.

And it should be no surprise after my last post...

Ultraman is done!  I actually would have beaten it in like 15 minutes... but halfway through I went on eBay and started looking at cool Ultraman stuff I don't have.  :/

Brutal: Paws of Fury and WWF Wrestlemania: The Arcade Game are done.

That WWF game makes me wish I still had my childhood computer and that game for it.  One of the first and only games I had for that computer... I specifically remember playing that game, Doom, Duke Nukem, Interstate 76, and Dark Forces on it.  Damn... that was 20 years ago.

And with that, I'm done for the night.  Maybe the weekend depending on how things go tomorrow.
