there's pictures aren't very helpful as they don't show the wrap very well, but I'd probably say legit. That said, the pics are pretty bad - the light from behind makes looking at the wrap a guessing game on the first pic and the rest aren't great either.

WTB Cdn sealed black boxes, sealed Cdn first party titles. I.e. the "mattel" Cdn boxes with both french and english. Mainly black boxes, zelda, link, and tyson, but let me know what you have. I am interested in anything I don't already have!
Yeah I know, these are not the percfect pictures for analysis... But whas everything what I got from the seller. I mean, besides that, what is bugging me is the fact that the plastic seems a little floppy, there are no evidence of vent holes in the back, and it is kinda of strange the junction of plastic on the corners, making hard to leave the box standing.
Looks legit to me. All the tell tale early release signs are there, and there doesnt appear to be wear on the flaps where a reseal might have been opened (the "joint" of the flap, I guess?)
If you can get more pics getting some of the flap joints would be helpful.
EDIT: Just saw your no vent holes comment. That might be a red flag
I have a question. Do you guys think this N64 console is gradeable? I know it will "only" be a Q-grade, but this is a brand new copy of a rare box-variant, and I'd really like to get it graded. The box has been opened and has dents, so the grade won't be high either, but that isn't my major concern. These european boxes did not come sealed from the start.

Thank you

"The problem with the world today is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?"
Do you guys ever send multiple Games at once? I have a few that need to get done but Im nervous to send them all.
Did you end up sending them? If you still haven't and are still a little nervous, I've done 10 at once and it went great, I have about 15 to send soon.

Yeah I have 5, but I chickened out and did only 2.
This might not be the thread for it, but I've been fortunate as to come into a sealed copy of Super R-Type for the SNES. As cool as it is to have, I'm not really big on sealed games for a variety of reasons. I have two other sealed games: Magmax for the NES and Drill Dozer for the GBA, and I keep them in standard plastic box protectors, they went in no problem... but this copy of Super R-Type seems to be a tight squeeze in the normal SNES protectors because of the bunched up heat sealed plastic at the corners.
Does anyone have any suggestions for keeping this thing safe? I'm not dumb enough to force it into the protector and risk tearing the plastic, and I'm not brave enough to try to finesse it in there.
Also, since I'm in a thread (allegedly) full of them, I'd like to hear opinions: do sealed collectors always get their items graded/is that the ultimate goal for most of you? What kind of imperfections are expected or often overlooked in the plastic? I ask since I have every intention of eventually offloading my sealed copies for CIB + extra cash, and I would like to know what to describe and what would just be "the usual" for potential buyers.
Are you emailing [email protected] ? They typically get back to me within a few business days, though I know were closed through the holidays.

Yeah just email them directly, their webpage has been hosed up for awhile. Not surprised if something is broken there.

Now what are everyone's thoughts on the uv option?
Does the glorious Mario 10 need that option?
Are you thinking recasing it? Not sure why? I forget the exact numbers but the regular cases are something like 90% UV protection where the Archival is 99.9%. It's really never worth it, but I just pay an extra $15 on games that are truly special to be cool

it fell from a shelf and the piece that holds the box in place on top broke off, so the case is now loose, so I need it recased.
Was wondering if it was worth it to get the UV option while I had it recased.
IMHO, this is the only example I've seen where NOT getting the UV protection is the way to go. The Mario 10 needs to be as destroyed as possible, so I say let it get all the UV damage it can take, but that's just my $.02.

I recently acquired a sealed Super Mario World; I am no expert in sealed games. Can any verify if this is legit? Pictures are linked below - I can take more if need be. Thanks for the help!
