Gold Digger - he takes a piece of the chorus of a Ray Charles song, gives it to Jamie Foxx and turns it into a masterpiece.
Stronger - he hears a Daft Punk song, pulls it apart and pieces it back together for a beat on this one.
Through The Wire - he got into a near fatal car accident, had reconstructive surgery to put his face back together and recorded this with his jaw wired shut and it went to number 1.
Otis - taking a piece of a verse from an old Otis Redding song from the 1960s and using it as a chorus, he put this song together and you may not notice this song has no chorus. It's all rapping the whole way though.
Name me one other artist that writes all of their own music, creates their own beats and also performs their own vocals. It's nearly impossible with today's music industry but that's what Kanye does because he's a genius. If you're giving him a zero, you obviously don't understand what talent is, you just don't like looking at his face.
Are you high? How can you say “who else writes their own music” (basically every metal band) while naming all the other artists he ripped off?
College dropout was sick. But he isnt that amazing, TONS of hiphop artists would annihilate him. And he fell off the deep end BIG time. Comparing himself to jesus and being some weird artifical MAGA surrogate for attention? Too weird now for me . Especially because his newer stuff just isnt good.
