A bid in the last 5 mins extends the deadline another 5 mins. Bid as often as you want! Shipping in US is included. Shipping overseas will pay exact shipping (generally has been ~$40).

As Hipsilon said, this was all a big unfortunate mess. He (from what I gather) had some issues where he was moving and didn't have internet access to respond to me.

He totally understands that I had to re-auction his copy of the game, and it's coincidental and unfortunate (or fortunate?) that he finally was able to get in contact with me when this auction was still going on, but he has to bid just like everyone else now.
