A couple of scans in the UK ACE magazine talk about a Sublogic ATP for NES and PC, but the image shown could be PC.
This is in the "News" section as one of the titles for Nintendo, ACE # 31 UK, April 1990.

Here the cancellation of Twin Peaks, this is an RPG planned by Hi-Tech based on the bizarre TV series Twin Peaks. ACE n ° 44 UK, May 1991.

... and Vanilla Ice, a brief mention appears in the same magazine, apparently planned for SNES, Game Boy and NES. The magazine is not good , but it has some news with NES games ... ACE 44

God i'd pay through the nose for Twin Peaks.

I disagree, I think ACE is just about the most readable British game magazine of that era these days. They do some cool stuff like tour U.S. developer offices when they fly out for CES, and they report on weird news (like the Vanilla Ice and Twin Peaks games) that few other magazines bothered with.

Well... I read it looking for articles from NES  , but it is more oriented to computers  , but yes i's a good magazine.
