Sorry for the englidh.

Here is the link:

http://cgi.ebay.it/SUPER-NINTENDO...

I don't know many things about snes, but this is the first time that I've seen a Mario rpg pal.
It isn't the pirat version. The box is american, but on the box we can see the sticker "CDVERTE ITALIA" wich was an italian company.

The hell?

-------------------------
We are soldiers without borders, our purpose defined by the Era we live in; we will sometimes have to sell ourselves and services. If the times demand it, we'll be revolutionaries, criminals, terrorists.
And yes, we may all be headed straight to Hell, but what better place for us than this? It is our only home.
Our Heaven, and our Hell.
This, is Outer Heaven.

No such thing as a PAL SMRPG AFAIK.

It's likely just a pirated version repackaged or simply distributed by CDVerte. Especially considering it's from Italy, where I've found plenty of bootleg PAL games with (fake!) NTSC boxes.

Looks pirated to me, as there appears to be an American ESRB rating on the cart label (look just to the left of the word "Seven" and you'll see what I'm talking about). Of course, the pics are a bit blurry at that low of resolution... If it is real (highly unlikely), though... o_O ...

Sorry, but if you want people to believe you, you're going to have to show some proof. It's like saying "This is a legit, factory sealed game!", then when people ask for photos you tell them "I spoke with another great collector, he has a copy of the same..."

Seeing the new pictures of the cartridge leads me to believe that this is almost certainly a pirate. The ESRB rating, the "Super Nintendo Entertainment System" looks off, the label is squared at the corners, as opposed to round...it's screaming pirate. Wanna prove me wrong? Open the cart and show pics of the board.

Edit:  There are also two other potential giveaways, one on the cart label and one on the paperwork...I'll leave those to the eyes of the readers, though.

Anybody want to provide some background on CDVerte? Bootleg companies are companies, too, so saying this is official because some random company backed its distribution/assembly does not make it a legit licensed/unlicensed title.

True as Speedy_NES says, even if a company did make this, i doubt that they had permission from Nintendo, so it would still not be an official Nintendo product. I'm interested in how the game looks inside though

Solo pochi fortunatissimi acquirenti poterono portarsela a casa."

And a rough google translation:

You all know Super Mario RPG, the experiment is perfectly successful, inter alia, of Nintendo and Squaresoft to unite the world and characters of the boundless universe mario RPG. Well, you know that Super Mario RPG also saw the light only on the Super Nintendo and Super Famicom Japanese Americans. There is actually also a PAL version! You should know that fact CDverte known Italian distributor of video games, marketed at the time had a PAL version of Super Mario RPG in Italy. The paper was produced in Mexico and was sold in Italy while the U.S. version of the original package. Only a few lucky buyers could take it home

Edit to add:  I'm curious where this information came from and if it can be substantiated.
