Yes, Wisconsin mosquitoes are bad but Alaskan mosquitoes are something else altogether. I swear they're the size of a small bird.

The last few years they have been terrible. It doesnt help that my neigbor has a fenced in back yard and thinks that means he never has to mow... its like a damn jungle back there.

I'll take mosquitos over black flies anyday, and I don't mean the fat house variety, I mean the microscopic ones that swarm and are about 100x more aggressive than a mosquito.

Dude when I was in Alaska for the Deadliest Catch job... sun of a bitch those mosquitos came at you in pacs of hundreds like a net you couldn't get out of... ugh...

i havent seen any flies, mosquitos, around here but wood ticks are bad

In Los Angeles, I've never seen a black fly, mosquito or tick.

On the flip side to that coin, we have bloods, crips, and MS13. Ticks and mosquitoes are starting to sound pretty good...
