So I recently got a sealed copy of F-13 city war and after putting it in, the opening screen showed red vertical lines, and when you press continue on after dying on the second stage and after it takes you to the first level.

What is the cause of this? Is there some kind of defect with this game?

I just looked that up. Wow, what a Thunderblade rip off.

If it is defective, I would've surprised as it's an ave game.
