Hi all,

After talking with another member about No Expo this year, we discussed having a NA get together either this summer or fall at my house in TN.  I have a relatively large yard with lots of room for camping etc.  I'd like to know about how many people would be interested in a weekend of hanging out with fellow NA members playing horseshoes, ladderball, drinking, grilling out, having a bonfire, sleeping in a tent, etc.  For all members with kids, I'd like to see about renting a large jump/ bounce house for the kids to play in, I also have several small kiddie polls and a swingset to keep the little ones entertained.

So, I'm posting a poll to gauge interest in this.

PM me if anyone needs the exact address to determine how far away this is..

You know....we CAN have it at the mall here Hickory Hollow will do $200 for one day and it's near a food court and arcade, could do an NA Expo, much cheaper and in a major city..

I would be in for sure. I have a big tent and can bring food.

This is such a great idea. When I asked the wife about it, she said she'd be down, but she might want to stay at a hotel or something. I may just have to leave her behind for this one!

I'd probably be there solo, but I'm totally into this idea.

Got to figure out about school for myself, but I can't imagine I couldn't get out for a weekend no matter what my situation is. I'll have to fix up my wheels though, driving to Knoxville with no brakes was scary enough.

Ya I'm in, a flight wouldn't cost me all too much. It'd be worth it.

Sounds like a plan...I'd have to see if I can borrow my dad's generator (unless you can provide power hookups)...I'd bring my TV and some games there (some for playing, some for trading ). Best time for it, probably August or September. I'll take a few personal days off work, like I did for the Expo last year.
