Yeah seriously! It will be interesting to see how much $$$ the one that's going to eBay will bring in with all the buzz around this.

Michiganfan, I bet you got the last one. You're very lucky to wake up when you did!

After my post, I went back and snagged a second one for a friend. So, you'll have to change that to 2, Nick.

Really!? You are lucky, in general, it seems that about 1 out of 3 or 4 page loads will time out. Today has been more timing out than actually working!

Well, I went to bed at 1 am (EST, which is two hours later than I usually go to bed), the carts weren't up yet. I crashed. Jason called at 2 am (twice, but I didn't budge). I awoke at 4:18 am which is slightly earlier than normal, checked the site, *poof* GONE! That's amazing!

Ah well, would have been really cool to get one. Maybe next time if I'm lucky.

I sure slept good after I went back to bed!! Can't believe how lucky I was. I must have got one of the last ones if not the very last one. I guess we'll know when they are shipped and we all see what numbers we get. We should start a list of who has each number.

I think having a list of who owns them is a great idea. I am just hoping for the earliest 2 # I can get. I was the first person who bought any of them, and I was nervous the whole time till the paypal transaction was done.

I was about 2 mins from going to bed and they still weren't up. I sent bunnyboy a message asking him if it was going to happen today or not and he said wait a few mins before crashing. I was "really" hitting refresh then. It was crazy cause there was like 15-16 members on at 2am last night.

The site was crazy slow yesterday cause of all this buzz. I was trying to upload the all 197 images of the Miracle Piano manual and finally gave up for the day after getting 100 of them up. Going to be a great day today even though I barely had much sleep...

From the product page:

"The game will run slower on PAL systems but the time limit will be extended. "

I wonder if this is a fair balance that makes PAL scores comparable to NTSC?

I got one!! Funny how it happened, I refreshed all damn night, from 5:45 to 11:45 when I finally gave up. Like Michiganfan, I to sprung out of bed at 1:08 and refreshed. Bam! There it was. I don't know who got the last one, but as soon as I paid for my first I tried for a second(just like 2 min later max) and they were "temporarily unavailable". Thank you sore back and uncomfortable bed, God bless you.

PAL systems run in 50 Mhz not the NTSC 60Mhz. The clock is based on cycles, thus a pal machine will take longer to reach the time limit

I would assume that to be correct.  If you're playing this on a PAL system, you would have 7 minutes and 37.2 seconds to play, versus the normal 6 minutes and 21 seconds on an NTSC system.  Therefore, if we have a competition, we could multiply the scores from an NTSC system by 1.2 (or divide the scores from a PAL system by 1.2, either way), and theoretically have equivalent scores.

Actually wouldn't they be equivalent anyways because the PAL system is running that much slower? i.e. in Super Mario Bros, it would take longer on a PAL machine to move the same distance as one playing on an NTSC machine.

Yeah, I don't think it would make a difference. You would have slightly better reaction time, which might give you a SLIGHT advantage, but you'll move 1.2 times slower, so it'll work out equally in the end.

...  You know...you may be correct.  Honestly, I can't say I've ever played a PAL system of any sort, not even the PAL NES I have downstairs.
