Sorry folks, haven't done the best job on checking up on this, but we're still a waaaaaaaays away. I FINALLY got ahold of the Jameson manager yesterday to get the smoking rooms down to $70/night, which is way better than the $110/night bullshit they were trying to charge us. The first post of this thread has been updated to the best of my ability on current hotel information, rates, and who's coming that I know of so far.

Fixed it, check the top of the thread.

Well I didn't really want to put you on the list, but I knew you'd just make a big scene and invite yourself anyway like you have to all our other get-togethers. I'm also trying to make sure I stay on your parents' "Pretend to Be Chris' Friend" payroll, and this seemed like the best way to do it.

Memblers will be there promptly at 5:00pm after he wakes up each day. He's just kind of a given.

Since this is 2 hours or so from my house I can likely go for a day or 2. The last day falls on my B-Day so can't be there that day. Is there some kind of schedule yet?

Whoa, that's no excuse, Kevin (Bimmy Lee) celebrated his birthday last at this meet up. But in all seriousness, this was a fun get together last year, same croud this year again, so same good time.

Hey Jeffrey, no real schedule yet. Most likely we'll go game shopping on Fri or Sat. Is Sat your birthday, or Sun? Sun most people will be leaving fairly early anyway. Some of them have some long or super-long drives, like the Missouri guys, Jobber and Blasto.

It's both Jeff. We had a day last year where we basically made a lap around 465 to all the Disc Replays and a certain Russian store that no one is allowed to go to this year. Then a bunch of people broght stuff to trade, but not like the amount you see at campout. Mostly, it's a chance to sit around and play games, watch movies, drink, and cause shananigans. Last year was a blast and it's great to hear you're making the trip down from South Bend! Also, I need to talk to you about your Mother 3 repro. PM incomming.

Awesome synicalenigma, see you here in October! Indy has one bus station downtown, and downtown is very easy to get to from the southside where the event is held. Let me know what your arrival and departure times are and I or someone else can come over there and give you a ride. It may be a minute for someone to come get you depending on if I'm still at work on the day you arrive or not, but we will make it happen one way or the other.

We may have a possible location change--again. I called Jameson today to expand he smoking block and was informed that my lovely city just passed some Communist No-Smoking ordinance that bans smoking even in hotel rooms. That's right, no hotel in Indianapolis city limits is allowed to have smoking rooms anymore. Hence, no smoking in the Jameson rooms, too! For you smokers, I'm going to try to find another hotel just outside of city limits that has comparable rates to what we're getting at Comfort and Jameson and a conference room. If I can't find one with the same rates, though, we'll just have to do everything at Comfort Inn and unfortunately that means no smoking rooms. I'll do my best.

I think I heard the whole state of Indiana passed a smoking ban recently. Smokers might just have to suck is up and step outside to smoke.
