This is actually a fairly cheap game. Only Zelda Adventure brings in good money on the CDI. So even this demo sells for $50ish (atleast it used to)

The prices of the Zelda cd-i games do indeed differ. Link: Faces of Evil is the cheapest of the three, Zelda: Wand of Gamelon is more expensive, I've sold 2 this year, one for $62 en one for $82, those were the normal English ones. The most expensive is Zelda's Adventure, it's the rarest of the three.
