AUS has 2 exclusives only that are both digital only with cases 2017 - Death Squared and 2018 - Big Bash Boom.

There are two variants for 2018 - there is Bayonetta exclusive box and NBA2K19 has a cover with Ben Simmons

Speaking of Death Squared, anyone have an idea on how many there are for the NA version of it (with the ESRB)? I know the AUS version was 500 and really never figure out more info for the NA version other than they were only sold at some event, plus a few copies were auctioned on eBay.

Mario + Rabbids GOLD is no longer an EU exclusive. It was released in NA as a Costco exclusive. Weird, I know. I guess I would list it as a variant, maybe?

Sorry for the double post, but I just want rant about how pissed at myself I am for not picking up Katamari REROLL and Bendy when I could have. I was trying to slow down and now will have to pay the price unless there's a reprint. I hate exclusives. Maddening. Case in point Mario Rabbids Gold mentioned above. The only reason I knew about that one was because there was a deal on it for Black Friday. I don't even have a Costco membership anymore, but got a buddy to pick it up for me. Ridiculous

As you said Only 500 copies AUS release (Only sold in Australia at EBGames) & Only 860+ copies printed for NA and then sold at PAX limited amount sold on eBay. They trashed some due to some printing error.... can’t remember.

Wasnt Death Squared not really a physical release? I thought they did a Fortnite and put the code in the case with a bunch of stickers and other feelies

Katamari is a Gamestop exclusive, and while I don't think it's necessarily going to be rare in the long run, I certainly had some trouble getting a copy locally here in Toronto when it came out. That said, they told me they were going to get more in as there were plenty showing in the warehouse, it just wouldn't be showing up before Christmas (and it was a xmas gift, so...).

I would love a copy if they have one. Look out for Bendy too. Thanks!

Yeah Katamari was almost instantly difficult to find. I wanted to pick one up for a buddy and had to search high and low.

 

All 3 gamestops in my town have katamari still so I dont think its going away anytime soon. No need to hype it.
