It appears to be an early model of RetroUSB's CopyNES. The most recent model is USB and this one is parallel. This is a Kevtris CopyNES v2.00. I'm not sure if it works or not, I've never used a CopyNES before. Happy to test it if someone could explain to me what to do.

Open to reasonable offers, looking to make some room in the game closet for more games! Comes with the NES, installed CopyNES, and the cables shown below. There is a parallel to USB cord as well (see pics below), so you can hook it up to any computer with a USB port. No power cable or controllers included. Buyer expected to cover shipping costs.

Nice item. This is the Kevtris CopyNES that was available before Brian's USB version:

If I didn't already have one, I'd be interested. Good luck with the sale!

Just so I'm clear, this is nothing more than an NES dumper? How old is something like this, because there are definitely far more efficient ways of doing this today. Pretty cool device, though. It's easy to tell that a lot of work went into making it.

It'll dump carts but it has debugging capabilities and other features. If you just want to dump carts it's overkill.

+/- 15 years old. I'm surprised it hasn't moved yet, as this is from around the time of the Garage Cart and certainly carries some historical significance IMO. Kevtris charged around $125 for the modification back then, and since this looks identical to the one I have, it's likely to have been installed by him.

I had a WTB for one in July of 2007, right after Kevin had stopped producing more. Had to wait almost another year for bunnyboy to release his USB version.

These are very hard to come by, and when you do find one, very hard to convince a current owner to part with. If you played a proto that was dumped in the late 90's to 2000's, you can likely thank this guy and the revised USB version.

Great item, good luck with the sale!
