Anyone else watching the inauguration?

So far my thoughts are:  his poor son looked out of place and sad walking by himself about 20 to 30 minutes ago.

He did seem rather sad. He actually tried to get closer to those in front of them and he got a rather cold "stay back there" (or similar) while walking through the hall.

The speech was a bit of a let-down. Not a fan of the guy, but once I heard he was not only writing his own speech, but also editing it until the last-minute, I was hoping for some more fiery rhetoric. Pretty tame.
