I'm not even a Smash fan and Ryu looks ridiculously amazing. The mechanics, stage, and music all look fantastic and the fact he;ll be getting an amiibo (possibly with Ken) is also amazing news. Good God, watching Street Fighter, Tekken, Virtua Fighter stuff being announced for a Nintendo game is pretty hype.

Very interesting, adapting Ryu's SF controls will make him a very unique fighter. I'm looking forward to trying him out! Not totally crazy about Roy or Lucas though, but then they're from franchises I'm not really into.

Glad I saved the money on my Nintendo Network account, I can't wait to try out these new characters! Also I love how the Mr. Game & Watch amiibo looks. I'm not a huge amiibo collector, mainly due to how insane getting them has gotten, but I'll definitely be picking that one up.

I wonder if Nintendo hacked the title screen of NES EarthBound with the updated subtitle. So I guess now, officially, all repros should be called "EarthBound Beginnings" because that's what Nintendo calls it. I'm an old purist though. Nintendo of America called it Earth Bound in 1991, I will still call it Earth Bound, with a space and no subtitle.

That Doom 4 doesn't look anything like I expected/hoped. Glad I don't have to buy another console now just to play it. I think Doom 3 really did it best personally.

I was entertained. I think they've posted the full event on the Nintendo YouTube page. I'd recommend at least skimming through it.

Oddly enough, I've still never played this game yet always wanted to (was an N64 kid). This would be the perfect reason for me to finally buy a PS4 along side my XB1 and Wii U.

Oh well it was posted 6 months ago by what looks to be the official Playstation YT channel and mentions Spring 2015. The original version was actually in Japan on Playstation according to this...

I already have the original FFVII on PS and a digital version of FFVII from the PS Store on my PS3. It would be nice to have a remastered version on PS4 so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
