i have a playchoice 10 (single monitor) with SMB2, SMB3, Double D, Tyson, 1942, and Baseball.

What i want is as VS cab, dk/dkj, capcom mini, or a neo-geo cvs 4-slot. i would also buy/trade pc 10 games if someone is interested.

if you have any of these items, and live sort of close to minneapolis, let me know.

I was going to buy an arcade for Marvel vs Capcom. Then I got to thinking. I already own the Dreamcast marvel vs capcom and many other games and two agetec sticks. So I have decided to front the $$ into a custom built cabinet where the arcade sticks can be swapped out for each system. Have a univerasal cab that can play any game. Nes, snes, ps1 DC all of them. I really want 2 of those nes sticks frantic made for my project.

I wouldn't mind seeing a picture of what your machine looks like.

This is the idea. Just something like a normal arcade, however the monitor portion would just be a flat screen tv crt (I already purchased). I would then run some video cables down to a home receiver (I already purchased). The audio will be connected to maybe a 15" sub mounted in a box on the bottom of the cab pointing at floor. It will also have 4 tweeters on top of the cab abover tv/monitor.

Inside the cabinet will have all the game systems hooked up to switch boxes. Not sure about side art, maybe do decals or if I can do it cut designs directly into the wood, this would take out venting holes. The arcade sticks mounting portion would be like a recessed chamber that each systems sticks would sit inside (easy to swap out).

I was going to build this over summer (a few months ago) then I lost my job. So it got put on hold, now I have a wedding to plan for and xmas and what not so it will probably be on hold till next summer. :-(

I totally forgot about that.  Hey I dug up a nice Magic Sword marquee and even some NOS side art for that game the other day.  The side art is but not perfect condition as it has come loose from the backing paper in a couple places and picked up some dirt from storage.  Still though, if you want these let me know and you can have them for the cost of shipping.

Eh... if it's been shopped and works well $1200 isn't a bad price.  Right in the average range.  There is one listed near me for $1500 although I've seen them go for $800 - $1000 too.  With pins, for me, I would be willing to pay more knowing the source it is coming from and who has done the work on it.

^ Is this a good pin?  I haven't played many pins at all, but some day I do want to pick one (and only one) up, of course this is at the top of my want list.  Ive never played it though and always read bad things about DE pins in general compared to Williams, Stern, etc.

Jamma?  There are a billion great vert shooters if you're into that thing, maybe pick up a good Cave one if you have the cash.  Matt and I always have ESP.RADE running on the mini-cute, it's easily my favorite vert shooters right now.

If you give us a bit more info on your cab (cp, button layout, monitor resolution, etc.) and genre you are into we can make some more suggestions.
