To respond to this from what I've seen and have been told he is not the original author on this . He did some coding for the game .

I don't think this is a homebrew. Bombsweeper came out in 1987, the developer and publisher of the game still stand as Nintendo. I suppose a better question would be in 2002 did Mr. Hansen check with Nintendo before porting their game to the NES console. In any event, we're not debating this here. Dave, if you have a problem with something that someone is doing on NA, feel free to PM myself or ANY mod or admin here and we'll discuss it. No need to highjack a sales thread.
