Hey all!,

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but I drop keystrokes ALL the time when trying to type in the message, post, or reply windows. It's very frustrating. The only work around I have found is to turn on "Source" formatting and I can type in the notepad-ish text only box just fine. I don't have this issue on any other site. Any ideas?

I have issues using this site from my iPhone.
Only with text entry.

I have this problem with internet explorer. Chrome works like a charm, though.

Just change your username to NGD and no one will know the difference.

Yes, I noticed this recently when typing PM's & editing posts. I also went to edit a thread & large chunks of text from the original post were missing when opened up in the editing box.

I used to get this on my home PC, it's really annoying! But yeah as the previous poster said, once I swapped to Chrome I never got it again (although I found Chrome awful for eBay!)

I've been testing, and it's really only after I hit enter on the message.. The first line will have no issues, but after I hit enter, the cursor starts flashing really quickly and I drop characters.. I notice that editing options on the screen also become active (the word icon).. that's when the issues start.. Something to do with office or something?

Just chiming in that I have had this exact same problem for well over a year now too. Three different PC's all exhibit the same issue... the one at home, the one at work, and even my parent's computer when I was over visiting. The common link was IE... firefox doesn't seem to have the issue.
