A month or two ago I posted that I would be giving away a free Repro game to anyone who had an article submitted and published to the Ezine in hopes of getting more articles. Well today is that day to vote. Obviously my articles are not up for consideration. So vote for your favorite article. Thanks all

Hmmmm, they were all very good I must say, but my vote would be the Member Spotlight by Burdger. Good interview and just from a historical standpoint, I really enjoyed it.

Although MrFlutterPie's story was nuts! Damn, and I thought my parent's were hardcore. My parent's were religious, so they had an excuse (albeit stupid), but what was your Mom's excuse, MrFlutterPie?

Both your articles were fantastic too, letherrebel5150. Just thought I'd let you know since you're not included in the vote. Although N64 does slightly suck My wife would claim otherwise though. Every night before bed she has to play at least 20 mins of Dr. Mario 64. I tell her she's gonna win the NA championship someday and that makes her nervous. Maybe that's why I'm so angry as of late? 20 mins with Dr. Mario mean 20 mins less with me. Hmmmm...

Well you're good, man. Very good. Keep it up. And remember, everyone on this site loves the e-zine, it's just most people won't outright praise you (the writers) for it. But we all love it deep down, that's for sure.

My mom was simply crazy.  I never understood her problem.  I think she wanted to promate a non violent
lifestyle and attitude but came off overzealous.  She would later calm down during the N64 era and even let me buy a M rated game (when I was 17 of course)

Haha. God, I feel your pain. I was 12 when Jurassic Park came out and I wasn't allowed to see it until I was 13. Needless to say, that was pretty traumatizing. The movie would have done 1/10th the damage

What would make your vote tallies easier to calculate would be to make one poll question and use all of the articles as answers. That way everyone can only vote for one and everyone can see the results.

Alright I figured out the poll tool finally and fixed it. If you have already voted please do not vote again I copied down all of the numbers before I changed it. They were:
"Howard" 6
"Splatterhouse" 2
"Transformers" 3
"Closet" 6
"Store" 7
"Poetry/NES" 4
"Simplicity" 2

I really thought more people would be voting. Maybe it's the busy holiday season?

I thought so too but I think part of the reason may be not many people check out the Nintendoage news section of the site.

Honestly I don't think many members check the NA News section.

Honestly what struck me most with this issue was the layout and how the Ezine looked.

Amazing work to all involved.

The articles were great and the layout was fanf***ingtastic...

Natendo is a beast on the layouts! I'll second the applause for the people who submitted their articles, this one was easy to get together and send off for layout.

Its hard to compete with Gamemaster Howard.

And thanks very much to Natendo for the awesome layouts and Shane for organizing the whole thing.

I'd like to point out that my article had an accompanying video to go with it. A first for NA. And now I'll go vote for myself! Haha!

-------------------------

My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Ferris pass out at the Let's Play Gaming Expo last night. I guess it's pretty serious.

Oh, my WTB thread is very popular. The sportos, the motorheads, geeks, sluts, bloods, wastoids, dweebies, Richard craniums - they all adore it. They think it's a righteous thread.
I'd also like to add that I've got my father's gun and a *scorching* price guide for aftermarket Nintendo games.
Between Dragon Warriors and nothing... I'll take Dragon Warriors - for any of my FT/FS/FO items.

As much as I despised Howard's persona back when I was a kid, I have to say the article was quite an interesting read. I have nothing against Howard personally, it was just that teen-age phase I was in at the time.
