I'd like to propose we add the tecmo nba N7 variant to the list. Right now I'm the only person who has confirmed they own one. See here for details

Put me down for Jaws 5 screw cart only as well. I snagged this one recently: https://www.ebay.com/itm/10-Vinta...
It had a bar code sticker on it! Sat in a store forever and nobody knew what they were looking at!

I found one today at a local game store to add to the thread here. (upside down sticker) I'll try to post a pic here.

Yes, it’s for sale, or for trade, but I sincerely doubt anyone will have anything I need.

Got a couple more.
You can put me down for a Donkey Kong Jr. 3 screw and another Silent Service 5 screw, both cart ony. I now have 2 5 screw Silent Services. Would trade it for another rare variant if anyone's interested.

I picked this up "sealed" quite a while ago. it was a bad reseal, and i finally peeled it off tonight to check against the loose cart+manual i had. the book and cart look nearly new, save for the top label which is completely lifted (but not damaged). unfortunately the box has taken a beating.

It was probably sent in to Konami as defective and they sent it back sealed with a new 5 screw cart.   That's pretty awesome.

I also have one of the Track and Field IIs 5 screw, front oval seal, with no back label.  Cart only.  Picked it up in some random lot, smelled like its been in storage for 15+ years.

Not rare or overly odd as it seems to be common but not documented on Nintendo Age.  Ice Hockey has a minor variant of the color of the SPORTS SERIES lettering.  One in white, other in blue.  Googling and ebay show they both are pretty common.

Again another probably not so variant is Rad Racer with 3 screws with and without the product code (and not using security screws).

Haven't really seen this mentioned, but the Irate Gamer has a 3-screw version of M.U.S.C.L.E. at about 27 seconds in

And going off Google Images, Solomon's Key exists both with and without the "Made in Japan" text on the label, similar to other early Tecmo releases like Mighty Bomb Jack and Rygar.

Looks like there's a round seal version of Canadian Super Mario Bros. 2, not sure if that's uncommon or not.

Surprised I noticed this, but I have a Major League Baseball that has no star in the top left above the LJN logo.  Googling seems fairly common, just another odd label oddity.

Any other LJN games with the star in the logo?

@Niiue I checked most of my LJN games and didn't see it anywhere else.

Couple new ones.  Looks like there is a time when 5 screw labels were used on 3 screw carts...

Star Voyager (3 Screw) with a darker seal of quality that looks like the 5 screw label

Excitebike 3 Screw without the product code that looks like the 5 screw label
