Very cool, man! Congrats on this! Now that I'm into the retro-development I'm getting curious on how it works on a newer-gen platform. I did mess around with XNA awhile ago, but didn't make it very far before getting diverted into other things.

In a cryptic way, newer platforms make it simpler to write what you want, but harder because they don't constrain what you can have.

I.e. the retro platforms are a great technical challenge because there is a limit to the graphics, memory, gameplay etc which constrains what you can do. Newer platforms open that up so the options are near limitless, which can be daunting for someone starting out.

YES!  Android version please!

I spotted a typo in the "About" page of the game. There's an 'it's' instead of 'its' I believe. Or the opposite. Been a couple days since I looked.

yea, and didn't you say you used a SDK that was very easy to change platforms? I'm way more likely to get an android device than an iphone. Mostly because of the coverage in this area.

I did indeed choose an SDK that can easily be ported to Android, so that's definitely on the cards. Just need more hours in the day
